http://www.nycosmos.com/photo-galle...-scrimmage-vs-united-states-u17-national-team Looks like Cosmos B had a scrimage against the U.S. U17. I only see pics on the side, no other info on the game. wish I would have know. I'm looking forward to see the B squad, just haven't been able to.

FULL TIME Cosmos B are 2 for 2 at start of NPSL season after comfortable 4-0 win over Seacoast United Mariners
I didn't see them post the lineup anywhere. Would have been nice to know who was playing. Very interested in Haji Wright's progress. Sounds like Kaan Ilgin created one of the goals.
yes indeed, and I also see he is not on the Alianza roster anymore http://www.alianzafutbolclub.com.sv/equipo-mayor/
Never easy to part ways w/ players you see potential in, but the name on the front of the jersey always comes before the name on the back...— Alecko Eskandarian (@alecko11) May 20, 2015 Sounds like someone's ego was bigger than the team...
Didn't they sign a local high school kid that had a bit of a chip on his shoulder? His name escapes me atm.
Kaan Ilgin. Didn't play last match either, but then again he's a high school kid and it was graduation week. Alecko said it was a young player who needed to get a kick in the ass so it wouldn't be a surprise.
I think he was the one we that was let go, he's still in high school and probably thinks he can go straight to the MLS or something. He might be right, but playing a season or two with this team would have been beneficial to him, specially being local.

and your wish is granted: NPSL National Championship to be Held in Chattanooga, TN The National Premier Soccer League’s National Championship will be held in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the league announced today. The match will take place at Finley Stadium on Saturday, August 8th at 7:30 pm ET. “We felt that having the match in Chattanooga was best for the league,” NPSL Chairman Joe Barone commented. “It will provide us with the maximum exposure. We wish both teams the best of luck as we all look forward to this weekend.” Chattanooga FC recently broke the league’s attendance record on August 1st with 9,236 in attendance at Finley Stadium for their 3-0 win over the Indiana Fire. This broke the league’s previous record of 8,878, which was also held by Chattanooga FC. “The New York Cosmos are happy to support this decision,” Cosmos Chief Operating Officer Erik Stover added. “The NPSL National Championship will be a great showcase for the NPSL in front of what we expect to be a record setting crowd. Cosmos B is about developing young talent for our first team and this will be a great test for our guys.” Finley Stadium is recognized as the best of its kind among Division I-FCS stadiums, and the 20,668-seat state-of-the-art facility is the crown jewel for the Chattanooga’s Southside revitalization. In 2015, the stadium’s playing surface was replaced with AstroTurf’s state-of-the-art 3D Xtreme product. Along with an UltraBase system underneath the surface, the facility now has one of the best playing surfaces in the country Besides serving as the home of University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC) Football, Finley Stadium Davenport Field hosted the NCAA Division I Football Championship from 1997 to 2009. It is also host to UTC, international and high school soccer, high school football, national lacrosse tournaments, concerts, and other community festivals. "We are thrilled to host such an iconic soccer name as the New York Cosmos,” Chattanooga FC General Manager Sean McDaniel concluded. “Showcasing the NPSL National Championship in Chattanooga will definitely put this match and the entire league on a national stage. We drew over 9,000 fans for the NPSL National Semi-Final and have every expectation to draw that many again and more. The willingness of the Cosmos to make the trip here shows they are a class organization. Both teams recognize the significance of having a huge crowd and have stepped up to make this happen.” Tickets are $10.00 online until Friday, August 7th and $12.00 online and at the gate, Saturday August 8th. Please visit www.chattanoogafc.com for further information. The match will also be streamed live and free of charge at .
I think it's great to play there and break records and all, but there is a a selfish part of me that would have liked to go and see the game at home. Now I'll have to settle for the stream. Hope we take it to' em. On a side note I saw Hadji Wright at the Cosmos game warming up with the A team and he didn't play with the B team in the semis, is he now moved to the A team?
CFC's NPSL Title opponent, the NY Cosmos are rich with history http://www.wrcbtv.com/story/2973155...os-are-rich-with-history#.VcVZnhXoZOM.twitter CFC Head Coach Bill Elliot said, "the New York Cosmos are the most storied soccer club in the United States. Worldwide their name is probably bigger than any of the MLS teams still to this day." Winter said, "it was fun last year playing the red bulls, this year playing the cosmos, everyone knows who they are. Especially in England my friends can relate to the level we're playing a bit more."
Congrats to the NPSL champion Cosmos B! I wonder how many of these players will get a look with the A team this Fall.
oh and by the way not only was it a fantastic match that went into OT but the crowd in Chatty set a new record at 18,227, simply incredible.
