Had Juve won or allowed fewer goals in the first match, I'd agree with this. However given the circumstance, Juve need to score to win. They likely need two goals. A front line of Sandro, Mandzu, and Costa is not equipt to score twice away from home. So as good as the defense may have been in this run, Spurs only need one goal at home to advance.
Had Juve been totally healthy with Mandzu, Berna, and Cuadrado on the bench, they would have had a huge chance of going deep in the competition. A three man midfield with a 100% Dybala, Higuain, and Costa (in this form) would have been excellent to see. We haven't really witnessed that all year with Costa having been eased in before Dybala's 2 month injury. It's a shame really.

Some of these passes are horrible, cmon Cuadrado... Dybala once again playing like a ghost. Costa is putting work. Pjanic looks terrible and Allegri is visually frustrated with him.
Pjanic IS terrible, always has been. And Dybala should just be sold to be honest, he isn't gonna make it at Juventus
What an uninspired half, so many misplaced passes. Pjanic has been invisible, totally a non-factor. Dybala has been disappointing. The one looking like he’s trying the hardest is Douglas Costa.
