Igual más que el off-side que hubiera terminado en penal tampoco fue tan claro lo que no le dio a Tolima, porque el gol anulado al final estuvo bien anulado, después con las faltas fue bastante desastroso. Además a nosotros casi nos cagan temprano con el penal mal cobrado que le dieron a Argentinos Juniors.

A proposito, ¿Qué es eso que Liga tiene que jugar mañana y además juega el Martes a las 9 de la mañana?

The CSF has finally decided that the winner of this tournament will take a Lib berth away from the lowest ranked qualified team from its country, as is the case with the UEFACL defending champ. If Quito wins, it'll be like all previous years because they are already qualified for next year's Lib Cup. So they won't need the extra ticket, and noone will get their spot yanked away from them.

At first the CSF said there'd be 39 teams in next year's Lib. Then they said 38, but the defending champ's country won't get an extra berth. Now, they changed their mind again and said that Brasil will indeed get the extra berth. Ugh, they finally decide on the format when this tournament is almost over. A decision that only needed a little common sense to make, which they should have done about 6 months ago. Pretty ridiculous.

Actually, the qualification rules for the Champions League and the Europa League are just as complex, if not worse, than the ones in CONMEBOL. And they're not set in stone either, allowing for modification.

I don't know what is the image of Palmeiras out there, but here in Brasil they became a joke.

The combo Palmeiras + Parmalat made them one of the most powerfull teams in the 90's, but Parmalat has gone a long time ago and the reality today is:

This is has "biblical proportions diaster" written over it, you know, in Argentina, Racing is very close to become the last qualified side to the Libertadores, at the same time Independiente has a shot of winning the Sudamericana...

...y un poquito de suerte, ya que hubo un par de offsides cobrados que no lo eran, y pudieran haberle dado el empate a los ecuatorianos.

Espero que la final no la gane el Goias.

Thanks. Speaking of history, we keep our 100% record(all victories) against ecuadorean sides at home, and the goal they scored today was the first one an ecuadorean side scored on us at home.

Bah, there was a single off-side which was very tight, and as usual FOX Sports made a good job displaying only the doubtful plays of the other team... That and we missed many chances.

La verdad me gustaría que los dos pierdan, pero que un club descendido a la segunda de Brazil gane sería demasiado. O sea, que gane el Independiente, que diablos.
