SEMIFINALES COPA LIBERTADORES 2010: Ida 21 y 22 de julio: En Guadalajara: Guadalajara(MÉX) v/s Universidad de Chile(CHI) En Porto Alegre: Internacional(BRA) v/s Sao Paulo(BRA)
In la U's case, the only "indispensable" player with a real chance of going elsewhere is Mauricio Victorino. If Miguel Pinto goes, Pelusso has a better than capable ans sufficiently experienced backup in Esteban Conde. Estrada (who has done nothing all year) would need an awesome WC to attract interest from anyone...if he even makes Bielsa's final 23. So the big "x" factor is the Uruguayan CB.
BTW today 3PM EST Inter takes on São Paulo for the Brasileirão...full squads on both sides should be an interesting preview of the Semis. You can view the game here: http://www.atdhe.net/19614/watch-internacional-vs-sao-paulo

No, son. We just defeated you in your stadium. We go into the final matches before the World Cup with our confidence high. You guys will have to do a lot of work to improve; I was glad your team eliminated Banfield and Estudantes da Prata because yours is a Brazilian team, but your team struggled mightily in the quarterfinals. And Fossati may not even be around to coach your side come July. Bringing in a new coach at that juncture may be disruptive to your squad.
Im happy to see that my chivas are finally going to have their full squad for this match, i dont know how we managed to get this far with our bench? and the match between Inter and Sao Paulo is going to be awesome.
Ok...here we go... 1 down for U.de Chile. Marco Estrada sold to Montpellier. Not such a big deal considering he has been injured most of the season and hasn't played any key matches in the Libertadores...however he would have been a great addition after some world cup experience under his belt, specially in dead ball situation where he has a killer shot. Shame...
I had a question, if a team gets a new player , can they use him? Because usually teams will have a totally different team over the transfer season.
Good news...Flamengo has backed down on Montillo...too expensive they said...Montillo doesn't want to leave just yet so that also helps. Good news!
I'm hoping U de Chile takes the trophy home: they're the biggest underdogs right now. If not them, then either of the Brazilians will be fine (though I prefer Internacional because of D'Alessandro), as long as Chivas doesn't win it.
I'll be suporting Victorino in the world cup as well...if Victorino scores against France I will celebrate it like any another charrua!
Isnt chivas the underdog? Im just saying cuz i see them like this 1.San Pablo/Inter 2.Inter/Sanpablo 3.UdeChile 4.Chivitas
