More than anything, it has to do with the Aztecos pillaging Morelia to reinforce Aclas. They turned Morelia into a bottom-feeder club.

 

Just because Morelia sucks doesn't mean it's not a more effective way of choosing the 3rd MEX playoff berth, Cup winners are rewarded everywhere else with international competitions the following season. They got facked by TV Azteca, somehow got by Tigres and are here now. This summer we'll have Santos vs whoever else, here's hoping either of them are good teams by next year.

Monarcas Morelia buys a bunch of Foreign scrubs yet the Bolivian- Paraguayan 35 year old Pablo Escobar from The Strongest is a better player than a lot of them

Stupid CheapAss teams expect that changing a coach is going to get them result instead of buying Decent footballers & playing the Good youth players

 

Morelia will win the Copa MX or whatever and go again next year

 

Or wackass Santos Laguna will keep their reign going in the mediocre Copa MX garbage & flop in the Libertadores like they did in 2014

 

its not even about one specific team, mex teams have been sucking for a bit now.

The Mexican teams that are in it are garbage as well or dont care like Tuca Ferretti will make Tigres use the bench

Nah, we've also have had teams like Leon that have said the libertadores is a priority only to suck. Mexican teams have sucked period.

 

That's true but what do you think of the Criteria that is used by Mexico to qualify teams to this Cup?

Like in my opinion Interliga was better but since they cant do that anymore Liga Mx should just send whoever is interested dont you think?

 

It is an odd set up since mexican teams are just guest and cant simply send the top teams but with the amount of cash that flows through the league, it is inexcusable for teams to fail to get by the qualification rnd

Idunno probably would be best just to give the spots to the most willing team
