There were other teams that took a lot more Fans to Paraguay this year like Velez, Estudiantes and other teams that I can't remember, but Santos Fans bad behavior stands out.

But we always have problems there.

Cerro x Fluminense: was raining rocks and stones.

    Last night: the same thing.

This is absurd. The organization has to do something.

Well as I been saying Cerro fans are an embarrassment and I'm the first one to say it but the two times that Santos have been in Paraguay they made a mess outside the stadium, yesterday there were reports of them creating a mess 200 miles BEFORE! getting to the stadium they stoped one of their buses and got down to beat up a bunch of people walking with Cerro shirts, also on the way out in a town about 20 miles from the stadium one of their buses stopped to get some food and they robbed and vandalized a couple of stores and there are many reports about them behaving badly.

    I know they're vandals.

In my opinion, the police should have beat them a little a bit.

A 15 year old Santos fan was also assaulted by Cerristas.

Altough I even have to admit the Santos fans where even worse then the Cerristas last night and that takes alot to do

It's a shame really and Conmebol should really crack down on these things, the problem is the punishment is usually nothing more then a slap on the wrist.

I don't care that much about barras fighting but, most of the chaos happened miles away from the stadium, about 70 santos fans stopped their bus in San Lorenzo and started using petardos against people dining then proceeded to loot 3 stores and beat up a bunch of people, that is too much already, good thing they arrested them and are going to bring charges against them, I hope they hold them long enough for them to miss the final.

S.America dropped the ball somewhere down the line. :D

Start watching from 3:55. Those are Japanese fans supporting Colo-Colo.
Then again this was back when both the Intercontinental and Recopa were played in Tokyo. Every team had Japanese fans.

I see Peñarol scoring, at least, 1 goal tonight. Martinuccio gravitating quite a bit.

Velez fabricated that in a very cool way. Silva barely off to the side.

This at a moment Velez had finally begun to display its superior play and ballhandling over Penarol, after the Uruguayans had the upper hand at first. The tide has turned back to Penarol's favor.

Anyone know what the deal is with the red, white and green colors that Velez's coaching staff and fans are sporting?

Wow, Martinuccio is incredibly one footed.

Velez get one back on a rebound right before the half. Game on.

Still waiting for a replay... I'm leaning towards it wasn't offside.

Still, Velez needs 3 goals. The pressure they are imposing now is breaking down Peñarol's defense but it might be too late in this first half.

Ohh, there it is! Peñarol was pulling back too much. Velez goal, deserved.

Velez just scored. I still believe that goal was not offside.
