That ref made it so obvious he wanted River to win, on 90 minutes when it's 0-0 he adds 5 minutes of injury time and allows a goal for River that was offsides by a mile.
I must admit that the goal was offsides, but the 4 additional minutes were justified. Hell, with all the time Nacional wasted it should have even been like 6 or so minutes. River should have won the game easily with all the chances we had, too bad it had to be with that type of goal.
Not only was it offsides but there was a clear handball by Fabbiani right before that too.

Here's my bigsoccer blog: Best and Worst of the first week of Copa Libertadores. https://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/blog.php?b=3780 I hope you guys like my blog, and if you disagree with me feel free to make your own comments. It's listed in Bigsoccer's front page, but I'm not sure how many people read that. So, I'm trying to pimp it a little, I hope you guys check it out. I'll try to keep writing about CL, as I am hoping I can inform the US and Euro football fans about our great tournament and all the teams and players involved. As a summary for week one of the group stage: Player of the week: Julio Marchant, Defensor Sporting Goat of the week: Adrian Martinez, San Luis Best team of the Week: San Lorenzo Worst team of the week: Aurora I also included the runners up in these categories, as well as my top 5 and bottom 5 teams.
Well atleast their not letting this down, from what I hear Leoz is going to the commission of referees to report both Lopes and the linesman Erick Bandeira who didn't call the obvious handball in the area before the offsides goal.
I wonder if Mr. Leoz would've followed the same procedure, had this been done against a non-Paraguayan side? (Honest question, not trying to be a jerk)
When Flamengo went after Baldassi 2 years ago after his robbery, nothing happened. Probably nothing will happen in this case either.
It is a legit question and the same thing went thru my mind. What usually happens is that people get angry on the message forums for a few days then its all forgotten without consequences.
Not sure to be honest but from what I know he was pressured by Robert Harrison who is Nacional's president into taking this to another step.
Don't worry Metro & Co, Everton's goalie can't be perfect every game. That game could of gone for a whole week and Caracas would of never scored against that goalie.
