There are three kinds of fans in Argentina. Those who hate Boca, those who hate River, and those who hate both.

Palmeiras is a talented side, they played an intelligent 1st half by constantly pressing the midfield. Colo Colo took a big hit with the early injury of our #10 Torres. His replacement was a defensive holding midfield player, which was mistake #1.

In the 2nd half Luxemburgo decided to go with another attacker, that freed up our left forward Carranza, by giving him more mobility on the flanks. From that point on the game was more of a midfield battle playing on the desperation of the Palmeiras players which led to the red card.

Gualberta Jara the coach decided to maintain the 0-0, rather than put on another attacker and drop a player like Carranza farther back in order to connect with the midfield, instead he subbed DM Melendez and put on a CB which to me is a fatal error, mistake #2.

As I saw this unfold, and the way the team kept dropping further back, the Palmeiras goal was likely to happen, and it came from a moment of individual brilliance.

-Injuries and the loss of Datolo are setting Boca back.

I am sick and tired of hoping that Colo Colo have a respectable Libertadores campaign, only to be dissappointed (this happening 3-4 years running). I always advocated for them to keep their star players (Suazo, Matias, Barrios, Macnelly, etc...) only to be let down time and again.

I doubt la U will go far but that would be my top candidate and if not I am rolling with SPFC, as I've been throughly impressed and personally like Washington.

    Reynoso es un Cerdo!

I hope he is sanctioned by CONMEBOL. That type of behavior is unacceptable... period!

If I was that Chilean player, I would have decked Reynoso right then and there.

Thats what happens in these types of games, im not justifying, but i understand it. Theres alot of shait that goes on in games that we cant even imagine, ass pinching, alfileres pocking, spitting ranks among the bottom, even though its at the top of in disrespecting. Im sure he was just playing on the being quarantined aspect of the thing. Its not a good image for chivas, but everyone will forget about it.

Well im sure reynosos instincts took over too cuz reynoso said the player called him "enfermo"(thats funny), by the way, just confirmed from espn raza deportiva that san luis is getting alfredo moreno and salvador cabanas as refuerzos, that makes san luis real contenders.

No-baady, no la matamos con lo que tenemos. plus we ony play with mexican born players so the other clubs are dics to us. But san luis became favorite in my eyes, they got the best player in america, and the argie alfredo moreno isnt too shabby.

Intentionally blowing snot onto someone over a few words.

Sounds more like being childish than instincts.

    Carry on...

Is it because they both have the most titles in their respective states and their fans like to flaunt the winnings? Or something else?
