Is it safe to say that AL is the worst team in the group and that they'll come in last place?

it's possible, mr. positive. but tigres and banfield can also fall in that category, seeing as that AL is now tied for 1st...whew! what a struggle...

The user name says PERUytu and the map says PERU, I will live and die for the Blanquirroja... and no, the Blanquirroja is not blue and white.
Honestly though, I have no problems rooting against AL in any tourney and against any team. Hell i've been known to go against them when they play against ecuadorians and chileans... not a big thing for me. But thats just me, nothing personal.
Anyway thanks for rooting for Universitario. :)

If thats a red it should also be a penalty before all that happen. Even the announcer said it look like he was trying to get him away form him more than smacking him.

I was watching this with my Peruvian friend and he just left quietly without his usual clapping and cheering.

To Peruytu belive it or not Banfield is the worst team in this group. Just look at the way they score against you guys. A good strong team from Mexico, a mediocre Argentine team and the best of Peru helped open my eyes a little but more on where is Venezuelan futbol.

    claro pue...
i remember when i was in peru in '98 - i think it was - going to nacional with a bunch of cousins and buddies who were mostly U fans...it was a libertadores match vs colo colo...and i was there rooting for your dumb a$$es...it was a good time, aside from the fact i was partying with some U knuckleheads.

but when it comes to the league, we've got a problem, bro.

    anyways, back to CL talk...

Sorry my friend, but the best team in Peru right now is Sporting Cristal. Just watch the game tomorrow against Boca.

muy posible si juegan como en el primer tiempo de hoy!

mas posible si la actitud de ese petardo que hecharon en 80 segundos no es corregida en el resto del equipo! Hoy Leo Butron no trabajo muy duro que digamos.......

discussion with my futbol viewing body: is it safe to say that 50% of al teams in copa libertadores have a colombian in the main roster?

    4from colombia

I think that it is fair to say that if Caracas didn't make those two stupid mistakes they probably would have gotten a better result. Alianza just isn't connecting. If u look at the first half the game sucked because both teams lost the ball constantly and stupidly. In the end Caracas scored because they had made the fewer mistakes. Alianza cannot have two strikers who are old and suck. It is impossible for a team lto try and win a game in la libertadores with Carty and Waldir upfront. Again what is Insua thinking? Another thing is that Furios has again left a bad impression on me, he was good for the first couple of games, but now he's falling. We have enough guys to put up front so I don't know why put these useless guys in! True we still have a chance in this tournament, but we aren't going to win again playing like this so either Insua needs his bitch ass slapped or someone get him out of there. Make carty go back to Cienciano they need him more than we do. :D And wally needs to retire.

NOT chivas or nacional de Uru
    or DIM

to answer YOUR QUESTION ABOUT THE RATINGS OR stars in each thread that you may like: well, first it tells all forum members what themes we like the best, and most nicely or important when you visit the forum for the first time in 5 or 4 days, all you have to you have to do to review comments is to click OVER THE WORD 'RANTING' - that feature will list in order the most starred files. very cool.........ah?

alianza was lucky then again they were unlucky against banfield, so it all evens out
