Esse é o Presidente do time do tapetão ?
Cadê o "eu acredito" do Atlético? Hahahahaha
Only in Brazil (as we say it) a coach will fall after the first leg of a final. While things are not favorable for Atletico, it's crazy to think they basically have zero chance and just fire the coach.
Grêmio wins its fifth Copa do Brasil. And in the meantime, Internacional is on the brink of relegation. Gremistas must be hoping for Inter to go to the segundona; it'd make it a perfect year for them. @AcesHigh, how well can this Grêmio do in the Libertadores? Your team is back as a champion after a long hiatus, and about half of the team that won the trophy last night started against Rosario Central in Gigante de Arroyito in the round of 16. Based on the conquest of this title alone, I would peg your team as a favorite. It will be interesting to see how well it does next year.

After being hired and fired more than 900 times by Fluminense, I think he has a severe astigmatism/myopia... need a new air of contact lenses!!!!
well, the team under Roger would play well and then always flop at the important moments... remember that we were also eliminated by Juventude in the Gauchão. anyway: that team lacked the AWESOME duo of Geromito + Cãonemann. Maicon was a weakling under Roger, someone who was always crying about how situations were inhumane. Ramiro was a failure. Pedro Rocha and Cebolinha couldn´t do anything. Etc, etc. The team is much more vertical now, while preserving some of the good passing from Roger's time. In fact, the team now can play WITH and WITHOUT the ball. And anyway, without knowing which players will be leaving and which ones we will hire, the answer to your question will be useless
Just seems that you're reading into this due to results. I wonder if they had lost if it would have changed your perception of this. Gremio is still a mid table team, knockout tournaments are what they are, a team can get hot and that's it. If this had been the first game of the finals, we would be saying Gremio squandered their opportunity and their home field advantage. And the analysis probably would be that Atletico MG got a good result away. Congrats to Gremio either way. I think Copa do Brasil is the most fun tournament in our calendar to begin with. Because of things like this, you can squeeze by at one of the rounds, then play well at another, then barely make it again, then get hot in a couple of games and voila! Unpredictability... I love it.
