1-1 at camp nou is not too bad. with healthy messi and dembele, we gonna make it at bernabeu, especially messi loves scoring at bernabeu

He's always played well whenever I see him play , sadly .

I'm sure you and many others here will say Ramos is also a bad player .. I don't believe that either ..

Go check the Madrid board see how they feel about Marcelo. Just look at this game.

I must say Malcom must be the worst 1 v 1 with the GK finisher around. Missed another one today. Happy he scored, but just have to point out it was a deflection. So his finishing is still really bad.

Seems like Messi had a couple of chances to make an assist to put the game to bed but messed up. But they could have scored 1 or 2 in the first half hadn't Vinicius Jr. wasted some opportunities (he is going to give us head aches for years to come). No big deal. If recent history is an indicator, the away goal won't be the reason for a knock out.

Actually, tell me where Marcelo was in Malcom's goal ... if that were SR we'd never hear the end of it

I agree with this. The only way it would is if the second leg ends 0-0 and I'm struggling to recall the last Clasico that ended 0-0, let alone the last Clasico at the Bernabeu to end goalless.

Entertaining game. Fairly even. Lots of end to end stuff. Both teams just lacked the final touch. But some of the passing was just great. Madrid's passing was better than expected.

Solid games from Malcom, Semedo, Arthur, Alba, Busquets. Coutinho just couldn't find any space. Seems like when he gets the ball the only real option is really a side or back pass. He found some space when he drifted towards the middle.

Give Malcom a break, he never gets to play, very regularly and you expect him to score every chance? Suarez finishing is even worse. He waist alot of chances.

The Atletico game is far more important

We can talk about Marcelo or Malcolm, but the huge bull elephant in the room is Coutinho , Barca have splurged €146 million on an absolute dud.

Every scoring chance ? I think that's the 3rd clear 1 v 1 with GK that he wastes. Playing or not playing, that's no excuse.

He's not an outright centre forward / striker though and even Messi wastes one against ones.
Keepers spend hours practicing them of course

Malcom felt an injury . It’s why he came off.

Doesn't change the fact that EV is still a moron. [emoji23]

But after playing rather well and scoring the crucial goal ... when he walked off to cheers Valverde just ignored him and didn't even smile or make eye contact with him ..

We're seriously complaining about EV's facial reactions when Malcom was subbed-out?
Talk about running out of things to complain about... :ROFLMAO:

Any chance to call EV a moron is a good idea [emoji23] Everyone want to prolong his contract but it's so stupid to do so. You do it at the end of the year when he's won trophies not when he might win this year.

EV started him against Real Madrid. Not sure what sort of problem Malcom could have with EV today. He is 21 and plays for Barca. Playing time is obviously going to be difficult for someone that young at such a big club (unless you're a Messi or at least Neymar-level talent, which Malcom is miles from).

Xavi got around the same amount of playing time when he was 21.

For some players all excuses are made. For others every little thing is picked on. :whistling:
