We'd be stronger if he stayed, no doubt, but Barca is respecting his long service and presence on the pitch and locker-room and allowing him to get a last big payday and PT pre World Cup (while also getting paid which is funding his replacement's fee (and saving us salary too)). OK, so who to rest for this weekend's clash with Real Sociedad? Need to save one sub for Masch to come off late to cheers. Before that I'd sub on Verm, take off Busi, let Masch play DM (as a tribute to him, since that's his original and favorite position). Then sub off Iniesta for Alena. Then put on Roberto at DM and take of Masch to huge aplause. Could also put on Arnaiz on for Suarez or Messi but both know how to save energy when game is won.

To be honest we sometimes complain about teams like Espanyol and Madrid area clubs like Rayo and Getafe playing us hard and folding over for Real. Just funny that he was so far off about Celta-Barca history, if we had not drops points to them last season we win La Liga.
