I agree with you here and I remember the Lockhart days in prior years when these games were open to the public for free. The level of play was generally pretty poor but because it was free, how could you complain.

Thats right, I hope Rusnack mentioned this to Garber when he mentioned the numbers for those "practice matches" as another reason for avoiding S.Florida. Actually it should be mentioned as a positive in one way. The fans here are too knowledgble to be fooled into watching practice games under a so-called Carnival Cup or whatever name they called it.
