AO has a sale on Feb 2nd... probably going to be the better deal right? Dear #AOFamily, On Tuesday, February 2nd at 1:00pm CT American Outlaws tickets for USMNT three group stage games will go on sale. This sale will be EXCLUSIVE to AO members. You must be a member of American Outlaws bySunday, January 31st 11:59pm PT. On Tuesday, before the sale, current members will be emailed a specific code for them to use to purchase tickets. The code is not sharable and solely for that member's use. *** There is no other ticketing sale that can purchase access to the AO sections. We DO NOT have information on (yet): - stadium sections - pricing - total quantity available per venue - quantity available per member - ticketing information regarding potential US games beyond the group stages *** We will have details regarding all of the above before the sale on February 2nd and will update via email and social media.
I want to go but am not putting up $400-$500+ for a pair of tickets for a venue pass. I'm probably going to wait and see if I can get US tickets for the one game that I do want to see at the Linc.
I don't like this venue pass thing. i'd rather buy individual games, since i'm only going to Panama games (and definitely the final since it's right by me at Metlife, no matter what 2 teams make it)
Do they know who the US is playing in Philly yet? Sounds like we'll get the pleasure of watching Colombia dismantle a poorly organized US squad, or sleeping through either Costa Rica or Paraguay.
any idea when ticketmaster is putting individual game tickets on sale? 1 need 1 tix for Orlando June 6, 1 for Chicago June 10 and 1 for Philadelphia June 14.
Paraguay .... sucks that AO tickets sold out in a few hours, by the time I got home the day they went on sale it was already sold out. Ended up buying some tickets on stubhub last night.
There will be plenty of good seats available. The Linc was like half full at the Gold Cup final, which a week ahead of time looked like a lock to be USA-Mexico.
Pretty easy to grab tickets for the June 11th match today. I guess they are priced on the expensive side, but I would think that match sells out.
I really wanna go, but for even decent seats is comically expensive. And to see the US perform poorly...begs the question if it is worth it or not.
Worth it to me, I think I spent like $95 a ticket for lower level corner. High but not outrageous. Meaningful USMNT games don't come to Philly very often.
Wow. Ticket sales for this look woeful. I was hoping for a packed house and a great atmosphere. One of the few meaningful USMNT games we'll get in Philly. Poor marketing and pricing I suppose.
This is the one word I've seen used over and over again about the Copa. For whatever reason the promoters went for the moon with their pricing and now they are facing the consequences. The pricing is outrageous for some of the venues. Triple digits for nosebleed in some cases!
I really had intended to get a venue pass until I saw the prices. To get a decent pair of tix, I was looking at the equivalent of almost half of what I pay for my Union season tickets. Ridiculous! I'm probably just gonna grab the cheapest US tix I can get at this point.
If i didn't buy tix already, I'd prob just wait for some coupon code. The Linc has done Groupons before as well. The only sections that look filled are the AO sections behind the net. The rest of the stadium is wide open and the Upper West stands don't look like they ever went on sale.
