You can tell the players don’t take the RMC as seriously as the fans (me). Rubio could not have walked off more slowly. Price the same to take the corner. That is fine if it is 0-0. But I want to win the Cup, which would require more desperation.

 

And Kamara is sent off and also misses the RBNY match.

 

Part of that is probably due to nobody being here long enough (other than Serna) to really understand it.

Good teams don't do stupid shit over and over in their rival's house and leave games in the ref's hands.

 

Like an owner who cares would keep players from doing the same sort of stupid shit year after year in SLC?

FT: Colorado 20 shots, RSL 19 shots.

EDIT: and one of the Rapids' second half shots ended up as a throw-in. The rest of them just ended up as throw-ups.

 

I thought the key was not scoring the first half when they were dominant. RSL dominated the second half and made a couple plays.

The announcer whine about the second yellow is an excuse. A lot of times refs in all leagues don’t give a second yellow that will take a player off the field. Yet give a first yellow for the same play. I can’t say it was not a fair result with the way the Rapids played the second half.
