There was no thread about it yet so I thought what the heck, I will start it up on my own. Here's some info about Telemundo's coverage. http://www.nbcumv.com/news/telemund...-confederations-cup-russia-2017?network=33144 The most interesting tidbit is the addition of analyst Fabio Capello to the crew. I suppose his Spanish is okay since he was at Real Madrid back in the day. He should also give them good insight on Russia I suppose.

Ah, I see Russia has gotten rid of daylight savings time. That'll make the kick-off times slightly better (ie. later) for us in North America for next year's World Cup. So the starting times of the WC knockout stage matches will be 10h00 and 14h00 EDT. In the group stage the kick-offs will be 8h00, 11h00 and 14h00 EDT.
Telemundo has a show called "Titulares y Más" that may be similar to the "Copa Tonight" show you are referring to.

2017 FIFA Confederations Cup Preview - Saturday, June 3 - 5:00 pm ET - 6:00 pm ET - FOX. The preview will be delayed if the UEFA Champions League Final - Juventus vs Real Madrid - goes into Extra Time/Penalty Kicks.
Thanks for the heads up. I see that Mariano Trujillo has been added to the team; great choice! His commentary and analysis on the game of fútbol has been on point on the Fox Deportes side; most of the guys over there are heavily biased but this guy has always kept it on the level! Looking forward to seeing him with the rest of the team. Good to see him move up too! It must be nice to get two paychecks too! The squad looks so far!
Just saw the "La Historia de la Copa FIFA Confederaciones (The History of the FIFA Confederations Cup)" piece and it's really good. There are many people in the press and fans alike that would like to have this removed and I understand that but to show and know that these nations in each tournament want to represent their region with everything (regardless of restriction in their own countries' restrictions) makes you understand why this 'tournament of champions' doesn't make sense for most clubs but it's a matter of pride and a factor that should be consider when deciding if ti's gonna be eliminated or not. It's a good piece. It's not 30for30 but it's just their first and I'm sure it'll get more interesting. Good program!

Now that is an interesting hire. I wonder if they will also hire him for the World Cup. I also wonder how Wright is going to react to Fernando Fiore and his antics/comedy.

I don't think there'll be a problem. This is @IanWright0, our new @FOXSoccer colleague for #ConfedCup. He just showed up wearing these pants. It's #Hammertime...again. pic.twitter.com/K98RVBen3x— Alexi Lalas (@AlexiLalas) June 16, 2017
I wasn't trying to imply there was going to be a problem. I was trying to imply how he is going to play along.
Ah, gotcha! I don't know the guy so I was assuming he was the serious type. My mistake. Yeah, I can't wait.
