The link just worked for me. You could try searching for "USMNT vs Puerto Rico, May 22nd in Bayamon, Puerto Rico" to find it if you can't find it through BigSoccer.
We will play Nicaragua in the Gold Cup on July 15, which will make 21 out of 34 CONCACAF opponents played.
I am not so sure about steam roll. That match is going to be like Nicaragua's World Cup Final. They are a scrappy team that has beaten the likes of Jamaica and Haiti the last couple of years (teams that have given us fits in recent Gold Cups). I would not be shocked by a close victory. Or a score that flatters us 4-1 but in reality was close for 70 minutes or so. Especially since Nicaragua will be bringing their best who have chemistry for many years together and we don't even know what our Gold Cup squad is even going to look like.
I'm surprised there haven't been more friendlies against some of these teams, given that it'd be a chance to give our Nats a nice Caribbean vacation together. Give them a chance to bond, y'know? I'm not saying make their friendly slate into a Carnival cruise, of course - just maybe once every couple years, schedule the Virgin Islands for a meaningless summer friendly, and let the team bring their families for a week-long " training camp".
Depending on how the level system is structured that CONCACAF Nations League might cross a couple teams off this list. Due to morbid curiosity, I kind of want to see us play Anguilla. Hopefully get our first double digit goal win
Today's Gold Cup game hosting St. Kitts and Nevis means we have played 23 of the other 34 Concacaf teams that are members of FIFA, so we got above 2/3rds. We have played: 1. Antigua and Barbuda 2. Barbados 3. Belize 4. Bermuda 5. Canada 6. Cayman Islands 7. Costa Rica 8. Cuba 9. Curacao 10. El Salvador 11. Grenada 12. Guatemala 13. Guyana 14. Haiti 15. Honduras 16. Jamaica 17. Mexico 18. Nicaragua 19. Panama 20. Puerto Rico 21. St. Kitts and Nevis 22. St. Vincent and the Grenadines 23. Trinidad and Tobago We have not played the 11 FIFA members Anguilla, Aruba, Bahamas, British Virgin Islands, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Montserrat, St. Lucia, Suriname, Turks and Caicos Islands, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
Of course the US has not. The US would clean all of these islands' clocks, except for maybe the DR....
CFU teams the USA played in the 2010 cycle: Barbados, T&T, Cuba. The only match ever against Guyana was the 2019 Gold Cup.
Maybe you're thinking about WCQs in 2004. In the First Round, Grenada defeated Guyana. In the Second Round, we defeated Grenada.
