The Crew controlled this match from the jump. Was very proactive on defense, pressing and jumping the passing routes effectively. Agreed they should have had much more goals with Zardes especially being off all night. I thought it was great that they did not sit back and sat on the lead but held the ball and stayed aggressive to the end, never allowing any sustained pressure by NYC. Had it not been for the missed chances, this would have been the best match they played this year.
We need a win in Dallas or Portland. Have to improve the road form. But we were pretty impressive last night. Save for the finishing. Big that Meram got one. I think if Pipa & Santos can get one, the dam breaks. Santos had a beautiful run/header that just missed.

Hey. Could you figure out how to contact a shitlord? Markus was pretty heartbroken that we did not hang his banner. All those banners already hanging were wet. I doubt we made the Meram banner with that high quality of resources. I was not looking to ruin a banner underneath. Moral of the story, I need to try to be a better parent. I think this is a big reason why we are 4th. We have been fairly wasteful this season in general. If we plan on getting past the first round again, you are absolutely correct.

Uhhh...other than screaming Jonathan three times in a row for scoring what was obviously Meram’s goal she was ok. Not really and she seriously should have come back and corrected the goal scorer error and never did. For that reason alone, No Thanks.

True but our tandem of Trapp and Artur shut down NYCHFKRJF. The middle was ours and our guests have a hard time playing wide. Great game all around except the finishing.
Do we have an official tracker of how many goals have been scored against us in this fashion? Absolutely ********ing ridiculous. His family all around him was losing it. Kids are peculiar. I saw a stat a couple of weeks back that said we were top 2 in the league in "expected goals" but bottom two in the league in goals from the run of play. It is not just the finishing, but iften times the decision making once we get into dangerous areas. Only Colorado has scored fewer goals than we have. The offense has to get better if we are to contend. However, I think a red hot DC may claim 6th, so 4th might not be that bad.
