I'm an engaged citizen, but I never intend to vie for elected office. I'd prefer to work behind the scenes. In addition to my academic work in political communication, I'm also working under a contract for the Cato Institute (although I'm no libertarian!). Next up: to Amsterdam to start working with Dutch government data. I'm also serving on a couple local ad-hoc advisory committees for my city council.
