Welp, there's a game on Sunday. Plenty to play for. at 4pm ET at Citi Field, Queens NY. I appreciate the irony of this week's news about our lack of an acceptable stadium, not keeping up with the MLS 3.0 experiences, location, et al. And yet our next game is at a ********ing baseball stadium (not even the first choice baseball stadium because people will be playing baseball at that baseball stadium). Who's still interested?
Not me. Tempted to go to Three-Legged Mare for the wake (i.e. viewing party). If they are dumb enough to still hold it.
They are and a lot of the Crew Staff is saying they will be there. They are not just losing their team but for some their job. I will be there in either a original Crew jersey or another team's jersey. I can't decide. Win by one because another game at Crew stadium will add to the kick in the junk.
Many of my Crew jerseys are already packed up. I'd send them to the Hall of Fame, but that's just an MLS front any more anyway. If it ever does reopen.

All of them. With a massive rally, too many people to flood just one so need to spread the love to all of them. Plus, my guess is that they are franchisee owned (I could be wrong) so the more love that can be spread around, the more they as a whole will be talking about the support.
Land-Grant has their birthday/anniversary weekend party. I know the official party is at 3LM and I've seen that suggested. I'm sure Hendoc's will be packed. If people still go to 4th Street... but it seems like 4th is just used for AO, Crewsmas Eve and home games. Now, Rooster's is an option. This is a wonderful nightmare to have.
Our players and coach circle up before the game. They come to the collective realization that their loyal supporters are being insulted as our hearts are being ripped out. They decide they are now playing for us. Tomorrow begins an impassioned run which ends with us hosting the cup. Trust Baby is captured and led out of the city by the mob carrying pitchforks and torches. A local white knight buys the team. We may win by 3 or more.
I'll admit, I'm moving/leaning more toward unblocking my credit card for the playoff game (as the season ticket does not cycle until midmonth). I hate to give Screwtape any (more) money--but I need to at least say good bye to everyone there. And to let the world know how we feel. Going forward--unless there is 50% local ownership in one form or another, I'm highly unlikely to support the team with my money.
Not to get ahead of myself or this team, but who would I contact to inquire about more tickets if Crew were to secure a home playoff match? I called Crew, but no one answered. :/. I emailed my season ticket representative, but she is getting married.
