You could see that coming, the midfield and defense is disconnected and NZ is getting lots of space to receive the ball and pick a pass. The right sided midfield is allowing players to overlap and is reacting very slowly to the danger. This team is really poorly coached, no ideas when we get the ball everyone standing around waiting for someone to dribble and create themselves, no real cohesion offensively or defensively closing down space. Individual talent and that's it.
Arroyo is getting wrecked and the the CBs have to cover their fk ups! Angulo isn’t playing well at all and just did a shit shot Cucho has no mobility and isn’t running at all Not going to happen but if we lose I hope Reyes gets fired. Also #6 Perea is American Why the fk can he be on the team but Poveda and Salcedo aren’t “Colombian” enough
Like Villus said, the team is clearly superior talent-wise. But as I mentioned earlier, NZ’s cohesion and chemistry would cause us problems. Btw I’m really disappointed with Cucho. At his club and in his NT debut he was always fighting, hustling, and making himself available. On the u-20 he acts as if hes some superstar and doesnt display the qualities that make him a good player
This is always the problem with giving someone a debut with the NT then bringing them back down to youth level, you tend to see players get a big head. He's not doing shit this game and should have passed that last chance. There are absolutely no runs from the attackers pulling defenders or doing enough off the ball, or when they are our midfield and other players aren't finding them. Its all get the ball to someone wide watch them dribble and shoot or cross. This team throughout this tournament has been really poorly organized, Reyes should be let go.

The main reason why we look suck so far on this tournament. After the Sudamericano we all built on him to save us that we didn't take im consider that he may suck as well. On the other hand, Reyes will always start with him, bht we play with 10 on the pitch. This game our defense also average the KIWIS are much more dangerous.
Every time Colombia looks to cross, cut the ball back to the top of the box and keep possession and be patient. then you at least stop the NZ defense from being able to pack the box and win all the balls into the box, no ideas and no direction past run, cross shoot.
