Lieke Martens is still having problems with her toe, but says she can do alot because of the adrenaline boost she gets from the matches. Until shortly before the match against Italy it was doubtful if she could play. ,, It was a roller coaster. Yes, no, yes, no. But I have always believed in it, I know what my body can do, "says Martens. ,, We have a fantastic medical staff, together we have done everything possible. And now I have just completed the 90 minutes. It continues to hurt, I now have a lot of reaction. But if I can play now, I can do that on Wednesday. "

Orange Lionesses are favoured by the bookmakers to get into the final, but not to win it. So @Brilliant Dutch place your bets. 6 times what you pay if the Orange Lionesses win the title. Take the money and run
God has sent a sign! A huge meteorite entered the Dutch sky last Friday to let us know we will win it all. https://www.ad.nl/binnenland/famili...authentieke-beelden-zegt-deskundige~a1753fe5/
They will be tested to the hilt against Sweden. Back line will need to stand tall. Dutch need to get the first goal!

I already made 2 winning bets, one was the Japan game and the 2nd Italy. I just made a 3rd bet, Oranje to make the final $50 USD @ 1.67 odds on William Hill
Not really, the odds are set on how much money people bet on each team. So if 90% of gamblers place their bet on Holland, the odds will go down. If the next day all of the sudden everyone starts putting money on Sweden the odds against Holland will go up again, and the odds for Sweden will go down. Its all about supply and demand
Yeah, I know how the bookie system works. So to get the odds up you have to go to the Swedish forum and in their twitter etc. to big them up to make bets against the Orange team
The general attitude and feeling is that the match will be a 50-50 affair, and Sweden has been a power in women soccer for longer than the new kid on the block the Orange Lionesses. https://www.ad.nl/wk-vrouwenvoetbal/melis-zweden-hoort-al-langer-bij-de-top~a71bf20f/ https://www.ad.nl/wk-vrouwenvoetbal...at-een-fiftyfifty-wedstrijd-worden~a08a8fd8c/ Wiegman ziet Oranje niet als favoriet: Gaat een fiftyfifty-wedstrijd worden De voetbalsters van Oranje maken zich op voor de halve finale woensdag tegen Zweden. Daniel Dwarswaard 01-07-19, 18:10 Laatste update: 21:13

The Lyon authorities have banned the Orange march, due to safety concerns (attack on the crowd by terrorists) and the long distance (20 km) to be covered. Given the midweek day, the 9 hours drive from the Netherlands, the flights and fast trains already full to capacity, the number of fans expected is around 3000, way below the 15000-20000 in Valenciennes.

Beerensteyn first produces a few clichés when it comes to her role in the team. "We all do it and when I get in, I try to do it as well as possible." That works. Then, if she is asked whether it is difficult to remain politically correct: ,, Yes ... I am in good shape and am comfortable in the tournament. Whether I expect a base place against Sweden? I don't have too many expectations. That can then only be disappointing. I find it difficult, but I have to deal with it. " I however expect Wiegmans to field van der Sanden on her home turf.
Luckily we've got a scout for Wiegman who's a Sweden expert. https://www.telegraaf.nl/sport/1421...-wachten?utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic ’Spion’ Met Renée Slegers heeft Oranje een ’spion’ in huis, een échte Zweden-kenner. 'Spy' With Renée Slegers, the Orange has a "spy", a true Swedish connoisseur.
