Hmm... 🤔What do we have here? #MNUFC pic.twitter.com/Uwv92FvNfi— Minnesota United FC (@MNUFC) February 27, 2017 I think they ( if they are the season tickets) are supposed to be coming starting this week.
Sidenote: Took my daughter to Target Field (from Little Canada) to see if we could get a scarf, but they were already gone (not even a table or mannequin). They usually tweet a little after 8am, but we were there a little after 9. *sigh Met several fans......UNITED in our disappointment with the marketing of the club. Needless to say, I probably will not be doing that again. Bit surprised they did not do several spots on some of the private colleges, such as Mac, UST, St. Kates, Hamline, etc....

I fervently hope that your dedication to Minnesota's new MLS team doesn't have a negative effect on your ability to cover the Spring Classics here on Bigsoccer.
Minnesota United soccer stadium bill clears first committee http://www.twincities.com/2017/03/06/soccer-stadium-bill-clears-first-committee-st-paul/ A bill granting tax breaks for a proposed major league soccer stadium in St. Paul cleared its first hurdle in a Minnesota House panel today. The bill would grant Minnesota United FC’s request for a property tax exemption for the stadium site at Interstate 94 and Snelling Avenue, plus a sales tax exemption for materials used to construct the $150 million stadium the team plans to build. A team spokesman said the tax provisions are needed to privately finance the structure.

This deal just keeps getting worse and worse. Shame the club couldn't have worked out something with the Twins and played at Target Field. Wait! Does this mean the football yard markings will be on the field at all times? If so, F-That!
US Bank stadium is probably the only other place best suited for a soccer field. And I am not sure the Wilfs would have wanted them there. I doubt MLS and MLB schedules would have been conducive to a joint arrangement for Target Field. We are stuck for a couple years.

CHS then? Wizards played in a minor league ballpark before moving to their new home... I should just accept our fate.
