Update: Chalatenango will be coached by Ruben Alonso, a very safe choice which is a shame I felt like Misael Alfaro would have been a better fit for the club.

Seriously what are up with the clubs not wanting to try to bring new coaches to the test the waters in el salvador. Coaches like Alonso and castillo have every right to keep finding work since they not only doen their services to clubs in the first division but especially in Alonso have continued coaching in secodn division as well helping branch his style and keeping an eye for fresh talents.
But with the exception why does coaches like Gamarra, Correira, Garcia, Cepeda, Sarultye.
I am sure we could find foreign coaches cheap and that have different philsophy to the same groups as usual

Foreign coaches that could coach and wouldn't be ridiculous expensive: Jafet Soto, Mauricio Solis, Jeaustin Campos, Mario Zanabria, Hugo Perez, José Valladares, Enzo Trossero, Ariel Sena, Leroy Sherrier Lewis

Coaches that deserve a chance from the lower leagues or youth leagues: Marvin Benitez, Erick Dowson Prado (once his coaching commitment wth the national team are over), Pablo Quiñónez, Carlos Romero, Fausto Vasquez, Luis Carlos Asprilla

Sonsonate have signed Christian Portillo and Ismael Valladares (ex Dragon and ex Chalatenango) to round all the national players they have signed, now they are just waiting to sign three foreign players to round out their list of players.
    External Links: http://www.elgrafico.com/2016/06/09/al-sonsonate-solo-le-faltan-los-extranjeros

This what I was worried about Dragon have started the massive exodus of players Christian Portillo (has signed with Sonsonate), Gerson Serpias (has signed with Alianza), Argentinian Alan Murialdo and capitan Meme Gonzales have both signed with Firpo.

Aguila have announced Peruvian Miguel Curiel (considered a flop and left midway last season) and Hector Ramos (who has left to join Puerto Rico FC in the NASL) as the only players to be released so far, while at the same time they announced they were interested for Sebastian Abreu services but his wage for a six month period was too much and discarded that option.

Municipal Limeno are the new team in Primera Division after winning Clausura title today, and along with them winning the Apertura title, this has helped them gain automatic promotion without the need for a promotion game.

Finally a team pulls it off. This helps them tremendously since now they won't have to be grabbing scraps in the open market like so many have prior.

    Odir Flores regresa a Metapán

Did the first division remove the need for teams to play youth players?

Not that I know off, the only changes they made was teams allowed to have four foreign players and the reserve team players have to be under 20. As a deal to bring in the Copa Claro they are thinking of introducing an under15 competition.

Ok, i thought i saw it on twitter when i first posted this, but the links jept saying the website is down (el grafico).
Still dissapointed by the 4 extranjeros though. Im fact, i think that now mean that they can have more extranjeros than underage players correct? Thats sad
