I agree, after the watching the first 15 mins there is no excuse if we don't win this. A lot of mistakes at the back, they take a while to build an attack with poor delivery into the box.
I don't think we look bad, but De Rossi seems gassed from the last game, and Florenzi doesn't combine as well with Zaniolo as well as Karsdorp has, which means all the play is down the left Pellegrini looks a little off too, though they're defending well Having never watched Herrera, he looks a very solid player so far, I can understand the interest in him looking at our midfield
Pellegrini needs to stop playing like a wimp..........weak kicks and no idea why he keeps passing the ball back toward the midfield when we have a threat

Zaniolo didn't do well on the right. EDF really needs to adjust his position or replace him with a winger in the second half.
I guess the best you can say is that we haven't conceded. If we can at least keep a clean sheet then we can advance on away goals.
We should be a goal up at least. Not sure EDF is choosing the right strategy here by prioritising a clean sheet over trying to get a big lead, I don’t have high hopes of getting a result in Portugal. Fazio’s play to set up Dzeko was incredible.
Porto are clearly here for a 0-0 or to nick a 1-0. No major surprise there. They have Brahimi and......erm.....Brahimi (who hasnt done much, but is tricky) and that's about it, far as I can tell. 0-0 is not a bad result but I really hope we can turn it on 2nd half and win this tie. I'd be sick if they slime a 1-0 here....
Tbh Porto is a weak team. They are not a threat at all. If Roma doesn't get past them then they don't to deserve to be in CL. I usually conservative when talking about the opposition team but this Porto is really a joke. Poor football.

Everyone thought the same a couple of years ago and we saw how that worked out. Also, it's not as if Roma have been playing great football this year.
plus the tie is only 1/4 finished. Porto could always just play better. No point in making sweeping statements at this stage.
