    Strootman should join him.

Haha why is everyone on Strootman? He may not be amazing, but I still find him very trustworthy and he makes a good rotation with Lorenzo, as they bring completely different options for EDF.

DDR is fantastic that's why; DM is the hardest position to judge watching the game live.

    He's an unbelievably complete player.

Tell me what you see that is so bad with Strootman? As of right now he's not the player he was, maybe never will be but that was a player who was in the verge of being recognised as the best box to box / centre mid controller in the game. Right now he's still a top player though. One who still gives me confidence that we're going to boss a midfield with.

Yes although after Napoli losing to Man City, I might move Napoli down to just above Man Utd with Roma and Inter better.

I'd put City above all the others. Matched fairly evenly after that, although italian teams are on the rise

No what he was looking at were basically points that were got in the group stage and goal difference. Not actual team rankings. The link was just about the wins and losses of each team.

Those ranks are correct in their sense of meaning. Meaning that Roma won 2 games, and drew 2 games. Juventus lost one, drew one, and won two, so Roma would be ahead in those ranks.

My rankings were overall ranks considering the teams in general, not necessarily based on exact results in the UCL group stage so far.

City and PSG are en fuego, but I'll consider Real the best until dethroned. The group stage is basically preseason for them, though their league form is also poor.

Your rankings are based on your bias. Juve are not first in Serie A. They aren't first in their CL group and they have less points than Roma. Juve lost twice to Lazio this year.

The fact that you could even put them ahead of MC makes your rankings beyond ridiculous. I'm sorry but your rankings are based on nothing more than you are a Juve fan because there is not any other reason anyone would put Juve ahead of MC.

^This. Also, one would have to consider the Spurs now. They have been very good in EPL and CL.

You're correct. I think Spurs are the second best team in England and would comfortably be in the top 4 in Italy.

The table is a result of performances so far in the champions league. How do we not deserve that? They cant be ignored but they are explainable.

Yeah, if the ranking is based purely upon European competitions, of course, that makes sense.

But if it factors in the domestic leagues, I don't think we deserve it.

My Rankings were based on the last 3 seasons, not only this season. We cannot really judge for just this season yet.

Are they better than Manchester United? Chelsea also beat Spurs in Spurs' Stadium. Not quite sure if they are second best in England or not, but they are definitely a strong team.

So? Chelsea also lost to one of the worst teams in Premier League history.

Yeah, I do think they are better than United. If Kane had of played in Old Trafford, I don't think people would talking about another 'Mourinho masterclass' (puke).

Don't hate Strootman at all but I hope that Pellegrini is able to surpass him, becoming a full fledged starter by the end of the season. Pellegrini has more ability with the ball at his feet near the opponent's box. But if I want to control the game and outfight everyone, I'm picking Kevin. Having both is a blessing right now.
