Pathetic line up. This Slavia Prague not Barcelona in their prime. Hakimi on the wing. We are not sacking him so the season is going to be a write off.

We will/are being bossed and outplayed. Don't be surprised to see a loss.

Slavia almost with the lead, 1 on 1 situation against Bürki.

Hakimi scores, very nice run over the whole field. Good pass by Brandt to make the game fast and Sancho binding the defenders was important as well

Good goal from Hakimi. This squad has so much quality.

we just saw why Favre is a dumb ass though... always subbing off hakimi at first chance. he is so creative for our team that lacks a lot of creativity at times.

I don't think the team lacks any creativity. It is incredibly creative.

It lacks the ability to get the ball to our attacking players enough, because we dont play midfielders to connect the game.

This half has been a basketball match. There is no control and it could easily be 2-2. A typical game under Favre despite the defensive formation.

We also play without a striker. Both Reus and Brandt seem close to that position but it's not clear for me. It makes it easy for Prague to defend as long as it's not a transition situation when they are unordered.
And while Hakimi scored, he just doesn't look like a winger. He's good when he can use his pace to run into open space. But when the space gets closed, he can't do much on the winger position.

A basketball game with both sides having great chances. If we win it's no great performance. If we draw, then it is nothing to do with choking. Prague have been attacking and creating chances all match. This could easily be 4-4 already.

Dortmund is not controlling the game and they are giving to much chances to Prague, the game is too fast and needs to be slowed down

    wait when do we not....

anyway.... this is the kind of match I can see us giving up a late equalizer, have to hold as they have held the ball in our end all match.

We are playing small ball counterattacking style. God I wish we would play wide open like Bayern sometimes. Cant believe I just said that too.

Playing like they are equal with Slavia. Picking 3points today is crucial if Dortmund wants to qualify

This is done every single match. As I said Favre does not know how to manage a squad with the talent of Dortmund. Bayern showed how it is done yesterday.

We might get lucky and hold on today, but it has nothing to do with mental strength. If we concede it has nothing to do with mental strength. It's just stupid tactics, which put the team a terrible place.

Hakimi scores the hopefully deciding 2:0. One of several counter attacks that was actually played well.

Before the goal, I almost wanted to comment how tough it is to watch this match. It just looked bad from our side.

Great play by Reus to win the ball and Hakimi with a great finish.

This match sums up Favre. It was 50/50 whether we win or lose. Sometimes we will score a second other times concede, but we have no control. This could very, very easily have 2-1 Prague

Dortmund needs a good coach and a good goal keeper to be able to compete with Bayern and Europe.

Let's just take the 3 points and erase the game from our memories. This game looked similar to all these games when we lost points in the league.
We need to win our remaining home games and we might need a draw at Inter to get into the knockout stages.

Yeh it was a poor performance and Brandt was one of the worst. Hakimi had two outstanding moments, but was not great himself.

    Inter winning.

No Reus was key for the 2nd goal winning the ball back when we were under pressure. He made a good pass after.

Brandt showed some quality from time to time and his style is nice to watch but it was surprising how many little errors he had in today's game. Several times he starts nice and then suddenly had a heavy touch that led to a lost ball. I'd still put him above Reus but it was all on a bad level.
