The BIG incident of the game for me was the injury to Tammy. Which should have been a penalty. Tammy was aggressively pulled to the ground by his arm and he still managed to get his head on the ball. VAR should have been watching that one.

Match stats called it pretty even in terms of shots on goal and possession. I feel we earned the draw tbh. I also feel we could have nicked it. Valencia came to cheat and dive and moan and try to bully the ref. Luckily the ref wass too erratic to be bullied.
There was a point where Willian and Michy were through 2 against one. They really should have scored. The linesmen did not flag for offside. The Valencia players appealed for offside. The ref pulled it back for offside and they were NOT offside. I mean we had missed the chance anyways, but still.
The first Valencia goal was down to a mix up between our LB Dave and Zouma. The second Valencia goal was a cross that got lucky. Kepa can be dangerous with his distribution from the back. His reflexes are not so bad. Great penalty save. He is not the best gk in the world - so it is his price which is annoying. The most expensive goalkeeper is a big cross for his arrogant shoulders to bear. He is young and inexperienced at times.

Bloody good news. An injury to Tammy could be a big fcucking problem for our season. Michy offers our team nothing. I still think it should have been a penalty and I recommend folks to watch the incident agains. Ezequiel Garay aggressively grabbed Tammy’s arm with BOTH of his arms and pulls Tammy to the ground.
