Promoting the wrong person to become co-moderator of this forum has led to this catastrophic conclusion. It's a damn shame.
I have no way of determining whether or not he had priviliges here. His lack of maturity and composure in the position of moderator killed it anyway.
Wrong. He was. He was never *meant* to be, but he was given privileges to moderate the forum, hence he was a moderator of this forum.
Well, it was more than just technically. When anyone clicked on the "Moderators" link at the top of this page to find out who the Bayern mods were, both my name and his name appeared, for everyone to see. That was significant.
That he became mod at all was the cardinal sin. Look at the Germany forums. He killed them as well. Like dont you mods have to show some performance in click and user growth? It showed you can completely run the place down and still stay in office. In any other forum or job youd get fired

For the record, upon future reflection, I very much regret how I handled this. I was panicked and was emotionally charged by that panic as a result and it impeded my judgment.
