I'm not sure, but if I had to guess the would either have Cincy B or possibly have a USL side in Dayton. I'd be very surprised if Louisville, Indy, or Pittsburgh became associated with FC Cincinnati. On women's team, it would be nice, not sure about "should" as guess it would come down to economics after the massive spending to get to MLS.
a bit of a financial summary: https://www.sportstalkflorida.com/soccer/mls/cincinnati-expected-to-get-the-big-league-soccer-call/ FC Cincinnati ownership is paying about $150 million to enter MLS. That was the easy part. Ownership is also claiming that it will build a stadium without public money and that appears to be a $200 million investment. Because of political dealing FC Cincinnati is giving the local school district $25 million. The soccer stadium will be built on the property that now houses a high school football stadium which means a new high school football field has to be built. It may be true that no public money is directly going into the stadium but the city of Cincinnati is kicking in $36 million for stadium infrastructure and cash strapped Hamilton County continues to be in the stadium business by throwing $15 million into building a parking garage. Hamilton County has had problems paying down the debt of the Cincinnati Reds baseball park and the Cincinnati Bengals football stadium. FC Cincinnati has cut a deal and won’t be paying full value of the stadium’s property taxes.

On behalf of all of us in Crewville, a big THANK YOU for coming ip for tonight’s Crew match. We really appreciate your support. Here’s to many years of road-tripping, and the Hell is Real Derby for many years to come!
It should be noted the club asked for the supporters to confer and make a list to keep an open dialog about the new stadium. My guess is may get half of what is asked. All I care about is the supporter section being like Orlando's set up. Everything else is a bonus to me.
Well, yeah, that'd be great, but I am setting expectations to be reasonable given the track record of supporters and clubs in MLS. I'd love to be surprised and get it all.
FC Cincinnati hires branding giant for new MLS identity https://www.bizjournals.com/cincinnati/news/2018/07/17/fc-cincinnati-hires-branding-giant-for-new-mls.html … via @BusinessCourier
Makes me uneasy. These massive companies rarely get branding right compared to mock ups I see done by fans. I love FCC, but our current crest falls way short of what I've seen dozens of attempts by talented fans.
I like all those except "elite" and live without the ball on the 6th one. Over all though, lot of interesting ideas.
I hope bavarian diamonds become our signature element on kits for years to come. Club should have something to distinguish itself among the league.
I really like the last one on the bottom that just says Cincinnati. It's simple yet fancy at the same time. You could convince me that that's been their crest for a hundred years. Anything with the face of a lion would be intruding on Orlando City, in my opinion. I hope you can keep the hoops and diamonds. #SaveTheCrew and #KeepHellReal !
Looks like you guys just made your first official MLS player/trade. Fatai Alashi from the Quakes. Good player, surprise he never stuck with us. you should get great use from hom. A bit raw, but a hell of an athletic defensive midfielder
