Pulisic did well as a decoy, pulling defenders towards him as he made an aggressive run. Great team goal.

They don't have much choice given their defensive 5-3-2, and the fact that Ilicic is nowhere to be seen in this half.

 

Ilicic is such an inconsistent player. Today everything he tries is rotten.

Careful with Batman, he has a recurring issue with his ankle from what I hear. That one was an elbow to the face, not a cleat to the ankle, fortunately.
