Check out Goff's article on Chris Rolfe on the front page of today's WaPo about Rolfe's commitment to local, organic farmers. Goff calls him "MLS's agrarian attacker." I line that. Rolfe contemplates a possible post-career life as a farmer. Chris is single, but this article could make him a chick magnet.

Are we talking baby chickens? or women?
But yeah, the article was good stuff. Interesting and not something you always see in a sports section.

Surely there are many modern women who would be thrilled to link up with a committed environmentalist, but the attraction would fade when they realize that as soon as his soccer career ends they will be hoeing corn and mucking out chicken coops.

That's why baby farmers aren't born, they're found under cabbage leaves... ;)
