Saw most of my first game this year last night. We've got to stay out of the penalty box. It seemed like we thought the game was over when we were up 5-2. That can't happen. And I'm one of those who doesn't blame the coach when that happens, if you take silly penalties and have lapses in concentration, that's on the player. Be a professional. I liked the way Calder drove the net on his goal, and I like the way we finished quick, crisp passes on Arnason's goal and on the game winner. If Lapointe is going to be able to stand in front of the net like he did on his first goal, we're going to have to find a way to get it to him. I only saw the highlight, so I'm guessing that was a ppg.
2-1 so far, saw someone skate around the goalie and hit the pipe, who was that? Hawks are playing pretty well so far, majority of play in the St. Louis zone.
