listening to commentary and they called out that fabregas seems to be looking pretty good and buying in to his position. doing a lot more one/two touch passing instead of his head up and deliver long ball specialty, seems to be adjusting well to trying the jorginho role. obviously he won't be the same but would that be fair?

Emerson has been aggressive getting forward. A few of the usual gaps between midfield and back line. A bit disjointed as you'd expect but a goal is coming.

That was a lot harder than it needed to be. Really glad Alvaro scored (especially with such a dreadful miss earlier in the match) and if he can hit his prime form (massive if I know) we will be vastly better up top. Great to see OG so happy for him too. Good squad spirit right now.
credit to starting RLC though. and there was some pretty heavy rotation already. had we scored earlier maybe Ampadu comes on. i mean, there were 7 changes from the arguable best starting lineup.
