I'm not worried about Laca. Who knows, Chelsea's plan might have been to deny Laca and trust that no one else could hurt them. Maybe not but that would also explain why other players had more space.
Özil won't play as a CM. No matter what the tactical line-up says he won't stay there and he'll never do the defensive duties that's expected of a CM. He'll play as a 10 (or a very attacking AM) and he'll move around as a 10 and he'll defend like a 10. Any tactic that depends on him doing traditional CM duties will fail miserably.
