Late Saturday kick-off on the usual channels.

Huge early season test in the league and should be a great indicator about how far we've come since the Charity Shield.

Confidence boosting win for our largely second choice team vs Liverpool's largely second choice team but this will be a different proposition.

As is the norm this season under Sarri I'm excited to see how we play and really excited to see what Hazard has in his locker for this one. Minor footnote but OG loves playing against Liverpool.

Pool might be without a few players as well.

Huge game. A loss would understandable. A tie would be ok. But a win would be crucial.

Upside: we won’t have the snoozefests that we did when it was Rafadyce vs Jose.

Kante with a very good pass to a good break.

Wish we’d up it in attack.

Looks like we are going to hang on to the 1-0 as we bring Morata.

Fair play, that was some goal.

Pity we could only bring on Barkley and Moses who completely changed the game.

I guess this was a deserved result. Only if Hazard scores....

Terrific match. Hard earned point for both sides and we certainly belong near the top.

Well a little disappointed to be honest. We have to have more attacking options than Hazard and Willian. If we had a striker who could score a goal like Sturridge did today we’d be laughing. How comes he couldn’t do that for us? Allison might be a better keeper than Kepa. Moses will never be an attacking player. Hazard had a chance earlier in the second half and nine times out of ten he would have scored. Liverpool were lucky to get a draw.

Nah, come on...we had 2 goal line clearances and Shakiri missed a sitter.

That equalizer was a bit of a knife to the heart, I f*****g hate Liverpool, Liverpudlians and everything about the place (personal reasons I need not go into to on here), I didn't think that we actually played very well today, do think we might be the 'best of the rest' though and I think we have a good chance of top 4, Sarri is working miracles considering the amount of time he has been here.

o_O  I'm sorry with all due respect to your kumbaya-lets-be-nice-to-scousers-on-the-internet-moment they scored an equalizer in the 89th minute in a game we controlled and in a game where we also had a fair few chances. Fcuk them. They are scum - pure-scum.

    Q. Have you ever been to Liverpool?

Credit to Liverpool - they made it difficult to play our game as well. We dropped off when Willian was subbed out for Moses. he was better able to hold/shield the ball and bring others in than either of the subs and that contributed to us losing some of our pitch position. I wish he were more clinical but there is a reason he is called out by opposing managers as someone who needs to be watched carefully.

I maintain that Morata looks lost out there and I'm not sure when we'll ever see our strikers score again. At least OG was involved and tried to link it up, but he's not the answer either. Bring Bats back? Not sure but I do think we need less of a target man and more a fox in the box type (Jimmy would have been great in this team).

PS: I'm hoping we can keep the topic focused on the football. Asking whether people have been to a place has zero bearing on the match today.
