Leicester Arsenal would be a nice draw
    Spurs to lose, always good.
City to beat the scousers and then City to lose their next game after that? Citeh to lose on the 23rd of November :)

Frank mentioned something I've noticed lately. That Willian's work this season in both offence AND defence has been tremendous.

He really is a workaholic and is an example to the young lads around him.

I do wanna add that Reece James was excellent. Kept Zaha quiet.

This was one of the better performances I've seen this year. Defense still a bit shaky at times, but Kante makes huge difference.

Exactly. The Chelsea fans already like him a lot [on here for sure and more importantly in the stadium there].

Good win today!! If Lampard can improve the high press your team just could be the Ajax of the EPL.;)

Yes, Pulisic also was helpful. Also.

Frank just keeps getting better and better. Pulisic keeps delivering. His footwork today is showing he’s growing into his confidence. James had a great debut, but it will be hard to say goodbye to Dave.

Thank the PL gods we never followed thru with Zaha interest.

A very professional performance, woy had Palace exceptionally well drilled so patience was needed to break them down, Kovacic and Pulisic were lively and what a performance from Reece James! Willian was my man of the match but I don't think anybody had a bad game.

    Fair points, yes.
    Agreed.
However, yer man (forget who) should have put that free header at the back post away.We continue to fail here, somebody failed to get in front of their man at the back post.
Not a "bad game" but it could have had dire consequences because it would have tied it.

What do the yanks call that..a blown coverage or somewhat?

Yes you are right about that but to be honest with you I don't see one free header at the back post equating to 'we continue to fail', this game was total domination - of course I've seen sides completely dominate and still fail to win, it does happen every so often, I believe Palace couldn't have had more than a couple of go's at goal for the whole 90 minutes, I'm not sure if ANY team in history stops its opponents from having any chances whatsoever, as long as we outshoot opponents at a rate of 10 to 1 we are likely to win far more games than we lose.
