I just read that it did happen, that is BdC did go to change room post match to talk to the players, and that both captains had a dialog with him.
JJ has too much power. There should be a director of football and JJ should stick to training, tactics and developing players into stars who we can turn for a profit.
BdC and JJ had a long meeting yesterday to discuss the situation. Although I doubt his job is in jeopardy, BdC probably had a few things to say. One of the things supposedly discussed was changes with the current transfer policy at the club. Players that were signed this year are flopping and BdC's objective is to change the policy from buying older, supposedly mature players and moving to younger players with potential that can potentially turn a profit. Also a complete revamp of the scouting department is on the cards.
After the game, Sporting fans demonstrated their displeasure with the players and the draw in Chaves, blocking the bus carrying the team off the sports complex in Chaves. The police and BdC had to calm things down.
