After a bitter result vs Palermo in league we now focus on Trabzonspor, we should demand nothing less than a win and a reaction to show that we are still a team that can make a deep run Everyone wants to see if gaspi will use the 3-4-3 and is under pressure to show improvement and results, a loss here in front of our home crowd would be just unacceptable the only thing I know about the turkish opponent is that they have pace in Altintop(his not that dangerous though) and Henrique besides that nothing and juventus fan please don't come in here and start trash talking or making comments that will provoke people, your welcome to stay and add something but if not please gtfo
why only Juve fans? why not Milan? or any other team for that matter? but yea, i wish you guys luck, if only for the sake of Italian teams in Europe. assuming Gasp scraps his 3-4-3 this should be a relatively easy game
Line ups: Inter: 1 Julio Cesar; 42 Jonathan, 6 Lucio, 23 Ranocchia, 55 Nagatomo; 4 Zanetti, 19 Cambiasso, 20 Obi; 28 Zarate, 7 Pazzini, 10 Sneijder. Subs: 21 Orlandoni, 11 Alvarez, 22 Milito, 25 Samuel, 29 Coutinho, 37 Faraoni, 44 Bianchetti. Coach: Gian Piero Gasperini. Trabzonspor: 29 Tolga; 28 Celustka, 23 Giray, 6 Glowacki, 5 Cech; 20 Colman, 15 Zokora; 30 Serkan, 25 Alazinho, 9 Halil Altintop; 12 Paulo Henrique. Subs: 91 Sevim, 11 Vittek, 22 Mustafa, 24 Akgun, 27 Sapara 32 Pawel Brozek, 63 Ferhat. having virtually no back up DM or CM besides Ricky is worrying me, hope that Cucho or Pupi don't get injured, oh and Dejan got pulled out of the line up it might look like gaspi will go with a 4-2-3-1
i heard Stankovic has an injury he picked up in training. im happy to see that Gasp scraped his 3-4-3
Well he hasn't been one of the main guys in the team but his long range shooting has gotten us some wins, unfortunately we don't have a lot of reinforcement in mid besides Ricky man besides that one chance when obi got in the box this has been rather dull, we've been raising the tempo a little these last minutes though defensively we look better
Half time score 0-0, we haven't been great but we've been the better team both defensively and offensively, Lucio seems to be back and was arguably the best player for us We should have gone up 1-0 when that lose ball arrived just besides Pazzini but turned horribly and completly missed it btw commentators are butchering Zarate's name, they keep saying Zi rate his been getting more into the game and can potentially be better than what pandev was Zanetti is not having a great game, can't blame him since he's not cut out to play DM anymore everyone else has been showing ok-good signs
Lille is leading 1-0 vs CSKA other scoers: Man u 1-1 Benfica Bayern 1-0 Villareal Napoli 0-0 Man City Ajax 0-0 Lyon
I really dislike Zarate, i honestly, honestly think he sucks. doesnt he understand that he cant do everything alone? PASS THE ********ING BALL!! Inter have indeed been superior and have looked a lot more firm at the back. all that missing is a goal. i say milito for pazzini in the 2nd half and maybe put Zarate on the wing in a slightly different formation
I think I read somewhere that he has several assist bonuses built into his contract so as to kinda bribe him into being a more team-oriented player. I could be thinking of someone else but I'm pretty sure it's Zarate.
I don't dislike him...yet but I agree, he's no CR7 milito probably in around the 60-70 mins if were not up by then
alright good changes, obi though full of speed and energy wasn't providing much and milito logical change
cant believe inter are losing this match at home. i dont think its too early to say that Gasperini must go. what the hell was Moratti thinking?
I can't believe it either, but gasperini is not to blame, he changed the formation he made the right subs at the right time he did nothing wrong me thinks this one on the players
fair enough, but still Gasp has lost all his official games so far so something must be going on in that locker room
that very well could be, no one wants another rafa at the helm but then again this is the 3rd manager after Mou, its time to move on and learn that not every coach is the same or will be as great
super dissapointing, trabz didn't give anything in the first half and we played better until they scored, 19 attempts vs 6, 0 saves vs 7.. props to their GK, probably MOTM I was looking forward to facing Roma after this but now...
that's good I thought Lille were going to win it, on the dark side we've lost 3 games in a row CL, league, coppa
