For me on a squad level Juventus is the best team. You can't really argue that when they have players like Bernardeschi, Bentacur, Rugani and Higuain as subs.
True, true. No matter how far into the land of dreams you enter, the quality of Juventus will follow you there, it's almost tangibly there wherever you go as a fan of their competitors. However, there are many ways the Scudetto could be ours this season, and hopefully it will happen. We will have to be lucky, no injuries, no extreme drops with regard to the form of our players, and the subs will have to step up. I still think some of our subs are better than they have shown so far, and I hope I'm not wrong.
Great game for Serie A. What an idiot Patric is. Completely stupid foul. Romean teams seem stronger than Milan teams and Juve.
But that was not my point, try to watch a Juventus game and take into account all the great players that they have on the pitch. Then try to imagine their bench, and you will see that it's normal with them to have players like Higuain, Dybala, Rugani, etc. on the bench. That's what I was talking about, not actual results, but the depth that they possess. In the long run, playing 3 different championships(SA, CHL, It. Cup), the depth of the squad becomes excessively important. We don't even have a 2nd striker.
I still want to believe in Milik, and so I do. However, the truth is that he hasn't really shown much yet, after the first injury, I mean. Now he has to recover again, and then get used to playing again. I wish him all the best and for the good of Napoli I hope he will be a beast, but you must admit that the situation is nowhere near being ideal, quite on the contrary, to me it seems very risky. We are too dependent on one way of playing, which in turn makes us dependent on the players that we have absolutely, with very few variations, none of which have proven to be effective so far. And without Milik, we don't even have any, do we? I mean, we'll probably see one against MC, and I hope it will be better than the alternative with Milik against Shahtar, because if it isn't, the hypothetical disaster that I have mentioned could indeed be transformed into reality.
I've said it before we should buy/loan Giovinco, only quality can trully rest quality. Milik is done this season. We should also call Inglese back to have that tall box striker we lack.
Strinic and Zapata on fire. Zapata scores and then amazing one two and Strinic sets up the second. Wish we had loaned him in case Ghollum leaves.
Giovinco is class. I'm not sure how many who don't watch him realize how good he is. Living close by, I get the luxury of going to some TFC games. He should be on the NT team.
I live in the US but no way I watch that BS league or rate players that play there. He wants to play for Italy he should go play on a continent that calls the sport by its correct name.
True, however, they are extremely effective, which could be a problem. Hopefully we'll dominate them and thereby cut off their attack, which seems to score from almost every chance it gets. This. I can't understand how some people here find it plausible to judge any one player's performance based on what they can show in the MLS. The league is too far away from the top European leagues, no offense. I remember Juventus fans criticizing Giovinco while he was there. Also, Slovakia has a player in the MLS and he was struggling to do something reasonable on the pitch against Malta, throughout the entirety of the game.
