I love how they bring up Chicharito and Bradley responds, "we need the next Chicharito...the next Messi" He means the US through LAFC, not Mexico. He wants a nad-breed Chich or Messi. Which would be contrary to Mexican interests. They'd be basically openly cheering on a nad for club interests.
Thats what im talking about though, you think in the near future this could not be an option? They have the money, the stadiums, the marketing, little by little the history, new teams, new interesting players...................................you would figure someone would say " hey why not get rid of the salary cap or increase it so that there would be more competitions among teams". And hell........why not start having a pro/rel type of form since we are now at 30 teams.......so to speak. The option is there.........................its just a matter of time before it could start going into affect.
Is that so......................??? So where does that leave the powerful Mexican League at??? Is the league regressing or is it at an all time high??? Can it still go even higher??? Your answer is in the Mexican National Team....................
Did you take a deep breath and stayed away from the key board....???? How is that Mexican League going???
I don't know man the base of each team would have to be US based and I don't think the usa has the depth nessesery to compete with international talent. How would Americans feel if all their teams have a foreign starting xl? Imo Liga MX has been improving alot in the past 5 years. Everything from the foreign players to the youth academy and coaching.
Mexico's league is competitive in every way from results to player signings Mexican League won 12 CCL's in a row while teams like Toluca, Leon & Atlas smacked Boca, Flamengo, Atletico Mineiro etc twice in a 1 year We land Marcelo Diaz, Keisuke Honda, Nico Castillo, Edu Vargas looking for a World Cup Spot meanwhile they got a washed up Kaka & Pirlo
Yes... but I wouldn't necessarily go to Mexico either. These fools grew up in Europe. They probably looked at what happened to the homie at Chivas and they're staying the f*ck away from life in Mexico.
Do you really want to go there? , he wants to live the life in the US, not Mexico. He had better options than liga mx when it comes to competition
