lol No idea. He does that a lot when we're missing guys. Rather than play one guy slightly out of position, he'll play three guys way out of position.
Carlos gave away a penalty. Thankfully it was missed, but from what I've seen of him so far, he seems to take too many risks inside the box. His passing and crossing weren't anything to write home about either. He got whistled by the home crowd for a cross that wound up in the stands. Anyway, for the second consecutive match Fiorentina gave up a lead, although in this case at least it resulted in a draw, and not a loss.
WTF they expect when they are playing Salcedo out of place? Never in his career has he played as a Mid. He's always been a CB

Fiorentina plays tomorrow against calgaria.. How do i know? 'Cuz i'm in Florence right now and asked myself b'z.. I'd go but it doesn't seem like our boy has been playing much lately.. A lot of people here don't seem too much into futbol either.. or maybe i've just had bad luck asking the wrong people.
Report from @informador_DEP that Fiorentina will not be taking up its option on Carlos Salcedo. #ElTriEng https://t.co/kEEppVhiWo— Tom Marshall (@mexicoworldcup) March 27, 2017
Meh. He still has plenty of time to secure a move abroad. It isn't easy to make it in Serie A. He could prove his worth in another league like Bundesliga or La Liga. Returning to Chivas would not be terrible bad either... Ideally, he should look for another team in Europe...
Wasn't salcedo being followed by benfica and psv about a year ago? those would be great options or a lower table spanish club.
Fiorentina are set to sign a young Serbian defender, Nikola Milenkovic, for 5M , therefore it's logical they won't be acquiring Salcedo. On a positive note, Saucedo's transfer is pretty cheap, 3-4M. I'm pretty sure he won't be short of offers from European sides... It would be convenient to stay in Italy to get an EU passport, although as long as he stays in Europe, that's even more convenient for anyone...
