I think he started making a few mistakes and then the coach tried out Carlos Sanchez at RB and was impressed enough to bench Titan.
Other players have made mistakes in defensive positions in the five or so weeks Salcedo has been mostly benched. It's perfectly fine for a coach to hold a player accountable for mistakes, especially in Salcedo's case since he is on loan with an option to buy but let's not push non existent narratives.

Exactly what always happens. Hot start, hit a wall, come back strong next season after a good preseason or flame out. We've seen both ending outcomes unfortunately.
Interesting. I thought he was one of our two or three worst starters, honestly. Not really a knock as he hasn't really played in so long and this is the first time we've used him on the left at all but I thought he was quite bad. He had a perfect assist chance (to Milan...) that they missed.
