Haha. The whole thing is absurd. I mean I love conspiracy theories as much as the next guy (like I still believe the Mexico v. Panama Gold 2015 game was fixed). This theory is just insane, and my conspiracy theory is rock solid In my defense there has been proof of soccer matches being fixed many times but a league being created solely to destroy a rival country's national team and we are 21 years in and not any closer than when the league was started yet they are still moving on with the plan. Then throwing in the Zusi/USMNT saving Mexico makes it all that more absurd. We had a chance to really really hurt the Mexican national team. The Mexican national team being weak does nothing for USMNT or MLS.
