    What are pro leagues there? I assume Trinidad and Tobago, Jamaica, Haiti, Dominican Republic?

    I think Trinidad and Tobago is semi-pro. Wikipedia has a list by country for each confederation, but there's no way of finding out if the league is professional without going to the page for that league, which I'm not going to spend time doing.
