I think it will probably be a team like Costa Rica. Not because they are horrible per se, but because the teams in their group are better than they are (in my opinion) and play solid defensively. Would not shock me to see them finish with no goals, losing close matches to both Serbia and the Swiss and then giving up a bunch of goals to Brazil.
What I Think saves Panama and Tunisia is that they have each other in the group. Tunisia has had World cup wins before, and Panama is a debutant.
My vote goes to Panama. But the loser of the Iran v Morocco match will be another strong candidate for #32.
-Loser of Panama-Tunisia (if there is) -Saudi Arabia (I'm sure they're gonna lose all 3 games but their opponents aren't goal scoring machines precisely) -South Korea (weak defense + rough group) Costa Rica seems like they will lose all too, but I feel they will grind a result against Swiss or Serbia. About Iran/Morocco: I think their defenses are hard to drill, even for Spain and Portugal.
In the last 20 years, they were two CONCACAF debutants: Jamaica and TnT. Both times I thought they would lose all of their matches. They proved me wrong. I am not betting against Panama this time.

Poor Cameroon in 2014, hosts, emerging Croatia team (hosts got ref help in the opener) and then Mexico (who really should of advanced to qf)
