Another debatable penalty for a push in the box. I don't think either this one or Gerba's were dives because there definitely was contact, but they're certainly not obvious penalties.
Contact is all that's necessary, it's clear that De Rosario gets impeded. Does the punishment fairly punish the foul? Probably not. But not calling it would lead to defenders always pushing strikers in the back. Don't want that call, don't push guys in the back.
Interesting issue for Panama. A one goal loss and an American victory still gets them second. I think they may still try to hold on to this one goal loss, as this means Canada still has to meet Mexico.
