You know its a nice assist when Christ Himself takes time out of His busy schedule to tweet. And judging from His twitter profile, the Alpha and Omega is quite the soccer fan.

 

Yeah, kid can deliver some nice balls from the back.

It was a rocket pass to the first guy, who rightfully dummied it. Definitely not the surgical through ball assist that we all wanted/thought it to be. Still nice that’s he’s looking to play that initial pass out of the back.

 

Yeah, that caught my eye from the beginning, his passing from the back is very good.

 

Notes from the fans on today’s performance:

- How good did he look tonight? He’s developing rapidly and will be a top, top player.

- Excellent tonight and as you say looking like a real player in the making

- That tackle by CCV near the end of the first half was the best moment of the game, bar the goals. Clobbered him (cleanly), hooked the ball away, jumped to his feet, played a lovely little pass.

was it a bad pass or a bad hop forcing a bad pass.

 

it was a tough bounce but he saw it coming. No sure it really matters even if it was a bad hop or a bad pass given the space and time he had.

 

CCV subbed out early today, before the 60th minute. Not good. To be fair, Sheffield United are losing and they are bringing on a forward for a defender (CCV).

 

Hopefully just a bump in the road, he’s really been dominant recently.

 

Won't be the last gaff. As long as he learns from it and doesn't get spooked because of it.

 

That is the edge of the blade for goalkeepers and CBs. They can save a goal or give it up, that easy.

 

Well, we’ll find out a little bit about his mental toughness now.

Good to see he's still in the starting XI in the game after his worst game of the season
