Do you play soccer with your arms or your feet? I'll answer...it's your feet. So pulling a guy in front of you back with both hands is a foul. If it happens in the box its a penalty. It's simple. Should have been called regardless if Salvio falls...and again, the defender DIDN'T ARGUE. He knew he was guilty.

Back to SCP = Sporting Comedy de Portugal

Salvio took a dive when the ball was out of his reach. If he was being pulled, he would of fell back, stopped on the spot or slow down his run significantly and not take a few more steps and simulate a dive forward.

The defender put both his arms on him in the box. Don't blame the ref for calling it.

That's way too soft to be a penalty. That's embarrassing.

Ok, resorting to your logic in reverse. I didn't even see Salvio claiming to be fouled so how could it be a PK. :D :p

Aguero for City almost lost his leg over the weekend and not a PK. Imagine how he must feel watching Salvio get this one.

It's true, they're a one man team and he didn't score to save them today.

I was just thinking of that.

With his head at that late in the game too.

Semedo was marking him........F Sakes....... Manolas knew to target the Portuguese guy.

I'm happy that Barca are out but at the same time it's a sick joke.

Roma took it to them and honestly, Barca didn't play well last week and won 4-1 partly due to two own goals. Barça's last three trips to Italy they've lost a combined 6-0.

They've done great in the league but have been pedestrian in Europe especially away.

But Semedo did not play well. That sucks

Right. He’s a one man team and he didn’t score to save them. That proves my point!

Right. One man team is a stretch. The dude is a complete no-show in big games. A very telling statistic.

That’s hyperbole and you know it.

Edit: literally the only person with more champions league knockout round goals is Ronaldo.
