Filipe Luis has been in europe too long. It is like saying i'm a fan of flamengo. I'm sure ney likes and enjoys the show like i do but does that mean we are fans? It's ok to support the lg and i actually think palmeiras and flamengo are good for the game here but am I a fan?
Filipe Luis should comfortably boss it for Flamengo down that left side. Sure, he's beginning to lose his peak and decline, but I think he'll be a lock for a good 3 years before a replacement will be required. A great signing imo.

He's already exceeded my expectations even though it might be a little early still to crown him, but I'll just happily eat crow. Looks like he adjusted nicely after the Bahia game and even has been honest in the media about the adjustments he has had to make vs what he was used to doing in Portugal. And even though some people try not to admit it, but the Diego injury was a blessing in disguise.
